CodeWarrior? TAP可通过以太网或USB连接到开发人员工作站，并通过标准调试端口(通常为JTAG)对目标系统进行调试。

借助CodeWarrior TAP的以太网连接，您可以对系统进行远程调试，还能高效地与多个开发人员共享同一个系统。
不需要共享系统时，CodeWarrior TAP可通过一根USB线缆直接连接到工作站，通过该USB线缆供电。
CodeWarrior TAP与CodeWarrior开发工具和处理器结合使用
